The Screening Room
Located on the lobby level, the Screening Room is our twist on a traditional ballroom. At 1,200 square feet it can hold a up to 65 people for a seated meal with dance floor, or 100 people for a cocktail party set up. Use this space for both the ceremony and reception and we can coordinate a cocktail hour to flip to room between your events.

Gracie’s Restaurant
This elegant space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows, gold gilded ceilings and accent colors of lavender and green. It can hold up to 100 people for a seated meal with a dance floor or up to 150 for cocktail reception. Brides often opt to use the Screening Room for the ceremony and then move into Gracie’s for the reception.

Gracie’s restaurant is the exclusive caterer for both these indoor event spaces at Hotel deLuxe. Brides are welcome to bring in the wedding cake of their choice for a nominal cake-cutting fee. Hotel deLuxe provides all tables, chairs, linens, votive candles, silverware, bar materials, buffet/plated meal materials and banquet staff. Additional charges may be incurred for options such as a dance floor, bar set up and décor.
The Rooftop Terrace
Located on the top floor of our adjacent parking structure, this beautiful open-air venue affords stunning views of downtown Portland and the surrounding hills. Outside vendors are welcome to coordinate the set-up of the space and catering. From sweeping Hollywood-style tents to that oh-so-Portland staple, food carts, the options are truly limited only by your imagination.
